"B part" is a singular noun,you should have used "has" instead of "have".
Similarly,the word "mistake" is a countable noun,
you should either say "a mistake" or "mistakes".

Grammatically speaking,it is incorrect to say "B part has..." for mistakes do not belong to B part.
You should have said "There are some grammar mistakes in B part" or "There is a grammar mistake in B part".

As far as I am concerned,there is no such thing as "dictationary"...
